Contract Therapist Position​

The Opportunity: Join a growing group practice where you can focus on providing excellent clinical care with administrative, scheduling, and billing support. Opportunities may also be available to provide supervision, lead groups, or facilitate workshops.

What We’re Looking For

• Independently licensed psychotherapist in Maryland

• Experienced, compassionate, and skilled clinician

• Available for at least 10 client hours per week

• Weekday afternoon, evening, or weekend availability preferred

• Willing to make an 18-month to two-year commitment

• Comfortable working with older teens and adults

• Couples therapy experience is a plus

• Reliable, collaborative, and committed to continued professional growth

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, confidential therapy

• Complete assessments, treatment plans, and discharge documentation

• Maintain timely and accurate client records

• Coordinate care with families and other providers when appropriate

• Attend monthly meetings or consultations

• Maintain all professional, legal, and ethical requirements

• NPI number

• CAQH profile

• Proof of professional liability insurance

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation begins at $60 per clinical hour and may be higher depending on specialty and caseload.
